Another very important item you should consider is our "Accidental Cover Package" for your Blade V6 (AU Edition) handset. This will extend your warranty to cover screen / display and port damage which would normally be rejected as user damage. Read about it and the Terms & Conditions below.
Also it is important to note that we are only servicing users located in Australia. Please don't order from outside Australia as I will refund you fully and nothing will be sent.

ACCIDENTAL COVER FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE
The Blade V6 (AU Edition) has a one year manufacturer warranty, but this does not apply to accidental damage such as cracked screens and damaged ports etc. You can purchase an optional Accidental Cover by clicking the button below.
- 1. Apply directly to ZTE Australia within 30 days of your date of purchase. You need to provide a copy of your receipt for verification purposes.
- 2. Purchase on-line, then provide your device IMEI number and Device Proof of Purchase to validate your cover to support@zte.com.au and then call on 1300 789 475 to confirm.
- 3. Accidental cover gives you peace of mind and covers repair or replacement up to a total value of $200 for the original warranty period of 1 year.
- 4. Contact ZTE Australia directly on 1300 789 475 to make any claim.
