SMA Female External Antenna Connections – User controlled via menu setting, these allow you to connect to better located or location specific external antennas (not supplied) Note that both must be connected for correct use.
Dual Ethernet Ports – Supporting 10/100/1000/2.5G speeds. Either WAN + LAN or two LAN ports based on user Configuration.
USB Port – Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port for connecting to USB Storage for file sharing.

The Optus Ultra WiFi 5G Modem is available from Optus Online and Optus stores.
The 5G symbol appearing on the device represents that 5G is available on the network in the vicinity of the device. Speed and performance, and whether a 5G device uses the available 5G depends on prevailing radio conditions at your location and whether the device is actively downloading or uploading data. Outside of 5G coverage, 5G devices will continue to use our fastest available 4G.

We will maintain the security updates from 15/1/2026 until 15/1/2030 and won’t ever shorten published Security Update dates. Security Vulnerability Submission
ZTE Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) receives, handles, and discloses security vulnerabilities related to ZTE’s products and solutions, and is the channel to disclose vulnerability information. The PSIRT is also responsible for formulating ZTE’s security incident management policy and security incident solution, analyzing vulnerabilities and patches released by system software providers and security organizations, and responding and handling security incidents released by customers, security organizations, or individuals.
ZTE encourages cybersecurity researchers and industry organizations to report security vulnerabilities related to ZTE products. ZTE PSIRT will follow industry standards such as ISO/IEC 30111 and ISO/IEC 29147 to handle received security vulnerabilities.
